These terms apply to the use of this website and to every purchase made on it. This website is operated by AeraNord. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our watches are made of natural wood, so the grain and colour of each piece vary slightly from the photos. The watches are splash resistant but not suitable for swimming or showering.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include any taxes required in your region. Additional import duties may apply outside the European Union (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or stock problems. If that happens after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Warranty

Your watch is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. This does not limit the legal guarantees you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos and designs, belongs to AeraNord and may not be copied without permission.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
