90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be proud of your AeraNord watch. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Email us at thevikingwatches@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible, the watch must be in the condition you received it, unworn or lightly worn, with its links and its wooden box.

Damaged or wrong items

If your watch arrives damaged or you receive the wrong model, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different model is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Customers in the European Union also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason; our 90-day guarantee extends that period.
