Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. During holidays and peak periods it can take a few days longer.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and other selected countries shown at checkout.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at thevikingwatches@gmail.com and we will find it or send a replacement.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
